• The premium discount is subject to the completion of an application form and approval by the Head of KCU.

• The premium discount is applied through a direct reduction of the premium paid by the customer.
• Mechanism and Terms for Additional Claim Benefits Recipients:
  • Customers must present their BCA Prioritas or Solitaire card when submitting a claim.
  • The name stated on the policy must match the name shown on the membership card.
  • The policy period is valid until 1 January 2027 (effective and expiring at 12:00 WIB).
  • Claim reports must be submitted in accordance with the claim provisions stated in the insurance policy.
