Privilege

• Convenient collection of KSM and KSM Multiguna collateral documents at BCA Branches, subject to the following terms:
  • Applicable to BCA Solitaire dan Prioritas customers who have fully repaid the loan secured by the relevant collateral (loan settlement is subject to verification by BCA Finance)
  • The collateral documents must be registered under an individual's name. (If the documents are under a company's name, they must be collected directly from BCA Finance)
  • The collateral documents must be collected personally by the borrower who signed the Loan Agreement. Collection by an authorized representative is not permitted.
  • Customers are required to complete the Collateral Document Collection Form provided by BCA Finance and submit a photocopy of their national ID card.
  • Collection can be made at the BCA Solitaire and Prioritas Lounge.
    • For BCA Prioritas Branches within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, customers may collect the documents starting 3 business days after the application date (D+3 business days)
    • For BCA Prioritas Branches outside the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, customers may collect the documents starting 7 business days after the application date (D+7 business days)
