Terms & Conditions

• Eligible BCA Solitaire/Prioritas customers will receive a unique code via WhatsApp and email blast to participate in the booking on the website.
• Court reservations can only be made starting 20 February at 10:00 WIB via the website (Click Here)
• One unique code can only be used to book one padel session within the available time slots.
• Once the booking quota is fully taken, the session can no longer be selected.
• Customers are allowed to reschedule once only, no later than D-7 prior to the scheduled session.
• Quota obtained will become invalid if the customer cancels the reservation.
• Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation can only be done via the website.
• This privilege cannot be resold or exchanged for cash in any form.
• Customers must check in with the concierge upon arrival by showing their BCA Solitaire/Prioritas Card and Booking Code.
• Any additional items or services will be fully charged to the customer.
• Use of the court is subject to each venue’s rules and procedures.
