Airport Transfer International

The Airport Transfer service is an exclusive privilege offered to BCA Solitaire customers, providing a comfortable travel experience to and from the airport with a premium car fleet. This service is available for customers traveling internationally, ensuring that every business or leisure trip is convenient, safe, and memorable.

Privilege

  • BCA Solitaire Customers AUM ≥ IDR 50 billion:
    Customers will receive 2 vouchers worth up to IDR 2,000,000 per voucher, valid for airport transfer services in Singapore/Kuala Lumpur. This service is in collaboration with Golden Rama.

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for BCA Solitaire customers who meet the AUM criteria based on the 3-month average (period July – September 2025).
  • Valid for BCA Solitaire customers who have not been charged service fees more than twice within the last 12 months (period August 2024 – September 2025).
  • Valid for travel (usage) period from November 15, 2025 to 31 December 31, 2026.
  • Customers must provide the unique voucher code given by BCA.
  • Valid in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Valid for one-way trips only (not applicable for time-based usage)
  • Vouchers are non-cashable and non-refundable.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional programs.
  • Any fare difference must be paid by the customer using a BCA Card/BCA Product.
  • Booking must be made at least three (3) working days before the departure date, within the following operating hours:
    • Monday – Friday: 08:45 – 16:45 WIB
    • Saturday: 08:45 – 14:00 WIB
  • Waiting Time Airport Pickup:
    • Max 60 minutes from flight arrival time (Singapore)
    • Max 90 minutes from flight arrival time (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Pick-up waiting time at the hotel or residence: Max.15 minutes from the scheduled time.
  • Additional charges will be applied if the waiting time exceeds the limit stated above, and payment must be made directly to the driver.
  • Additional midnight charge applies between 22:00 – 07:00, with the following conditions:
    • Arrival: Based on arrival time + waiting time.
    • Departure: Based on time informed by the customer during reservation.
  • Mandatory for Passport to be presented at booking (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Mandatory for Baby & Child Seats to be requested at booking for children aged 0–5 years / under 135 cm. If not informed in advance, the driver cannot proceed with the transfer service (Singapore)

Maximum Capacity:

  • ALPHARD: Maximum 4 passengers, 2 cabin-size suitcases & 2 large suitcases.
  • HIACE: Maximum 8 passengers, 4 cabin-size suitcases & 4 large suitcases.
